The Assessment also includes an evaluation of other personality factors, enabling organisations to receive reports that can be shared with assessment takers and their managers. These can be used to promote discussion about potential developmental areas for the individual with respect to how they behave and interact in the broader workplace context.

It is not an integrity test. Typically, these assess positive work-ethic attributes and are only indicators of general counterproductive workplace behaviours e.g. bullying or absenteeism.
